Refund Policy


  • This Refund policy shall only be applicable for Conference Passes purchase via vsmss2020 Website only.
  • Institute shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Conference Passes delivered and the User wishes for refund, please notify us by submitting via the contact form posted in our website within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products. We will contact the User within seven (7) days after receipt of the completed form online to direct the User of the procedures in respect of the return of Products and refund. The User is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action. In the event the User does not receive any reply from us after the said period, please contact us either by e-mail at  [email protected] or call Institute hotline at 03-89914400 for enquiries.
  • If the User opts for replacement or exchange of Conference Passes, the Passes MUST be returned in person to the selected vsmss2020 representatives as directed by Institute. No replacement or exchange of Conference Passes will be entertained if the Proof of Purchase is not included. All replacements or exchange of Conference Passes shall be effected subject to stocks availability.
  • Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
    • – Upgrade or Downgrade of the Conference Passes
    • – or if the wrong Conference Passes which is different from the Order is delivered
  • User shall returned to Institute together with the proof of Order, payment of the Conference Passes.
  • If the User has been charged for a Passes which has not been delivered, Institute shall refund the User the value of the Passes as originally charged to the User.
  • The return of a Passes by a User does not automatically warrant for a refund. Institute will inspect the cases along with the proof of purchase. If the conditions meet the No. 4 of this Refund Policy have been fulfilled, refund will be made to the User.
  • All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 1 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. Institute shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
